ASML is seeking a Payroll Analyst that is detail oriented and analytical to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for US payroll compliance, reporting, analysis, and research. Enjoy working in a fast-paced multi state environment with the ability to drive process improvement.

Role and responsibilitiesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour lawsPerform technical research and analysis on wage and payroll regulationsProcess bi-weekly payroll for US based employees using UKGPrepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reportsProcess new hires, terminations, manual checks, and other updatesReview and process LOA employeesMaintain and update employee payroll records and ensure data accuracyProvide employee/internal customer support on payroll-related cases in Service NowProvide reports and business insight regarding payroll data to internal and external business partnersAbility to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracyWork according to a strict set of procedures within the provided timelinesProvide payroll audit support to internal, external, and benefit plan auditorsExecution of designated SOX and internal controlsProcess and review garnishmentsParticipate in year-end activities

Education and experienceMinimum 2 years of relevant work experience within a large, multi-state, public companySolid MS Office suite skillsExcellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Work independently or as part of a team and follow through on assignments with minimal supervisionKnowledge of federal and state employment laws

SkillsProficiency in relevant payroll systems, such as UKG, ADP Smart Compliance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
