Job Description
Senior FP&A Analyst
You will be part of Global Analytics & Insights, organization founded to centralizing, standardizing and automating FP&A processes across Rockwell Automation. You will act as an finance business partner for the Lifecycle Services Headquarters, preparing budgets and forecasts for the organization, analyzing the actuals and causaling variances from the prognosis, as well as supporting making business decisions daily. You will interact with partners situated around the globe. As part of the role, you will also drive simplification of the processes, utilizing AI and other new technologies. You will report to the Finance Manager located in Katowice, Poland.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business partners and other finance teams to prepare Annual Operating Plan and forecasts for the assigned scope.Analyze the results of the supported functions and causal the deviations from the prognosis.Monitor the financials on a daily basis and take necessary actions, including calculating and posting journal entries.Support business partners' decision-making by providing them with the needed insights, explaining financial concepts and creating ad hoc analyses as needed.Develop and advocate for automation, simplification, and standardization in reporting.The Essentials - You Will Have:
