**What you’ll be doing**
You'll join the team as a Senior Financial Planning and Advice Coach reporting into the Director, of our Financial Planning and Advice Centre. As a Bilingual Senior Financial Planning and Advice Coach, you’ll provide accurate, timely and comprehensive advice and information over the phone in both English and French to the CIBC and Wood Gundy advisory sales force so our Advisors can deliver personalized planning and advice to personal and business clients. You’ll be responsible to respond to inquiries through either a 1- 800 line or mailbox which may cover a broad spectrum of topics and complexity related to financial planning and advice. Your responses will be tailored to the clients’ financial objectives and specific needs to ensure that plans prepared by our advisors are of the highest quality. You’ll build and update content and deliver advice and planning related training in our intake programs and participate in or lead internal or partner projects by leveraging information and subject matter expertise.
You will also be a backup for the Planning Effectiveness program by completing plan reviews and conducting calls with advisors and leaders.

**How you’ll succeed**
+ **Financial Planning Expertise -** Deliver, on demand a broad range of expertise and integrated financial solutions to ensure that personal and business clients receive, tailored information, advice and quality plans. Topics cover investment, retirement and education planning, trust and estates, debt management, insurance and tax considerations, wealth management solutions and services and online tools (both proprietary and third party). Proactively provide information and advice and flag planning opportunities which enables the sales force to anticipate and respond to client needs in a professional, consistent way.
+ **Industry & Market Expertise -** Maintain expert level of knowledge of market and financial trends, 3rd party products and competitive offers, economics, taxation, compliance, regulatory and legal matters and communicate where and how events or conditions affect our clients. Establish and maintain awareness of external resources to assist in problem resolution.
+ **Strong Communication and Writing Skills -** Build content and facilitate the delivery of on-site or remote workshops. Create and update online publications, resources and tools.
+ **Relationship Management -** Provide a high level of partnership and advice to our internal Advisory and management teams. Establish and maintain organizational partnerships to keep knowledge current. Contribute as a subject matter expert to various CIBC and partner initiatives.
**Who you are**
+ **You're a certified professional.** You have current accreditation and good standing in the IQPF or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. You have a Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) designation or commitment to attain within 12 months of accepting the role. It’s an asset if you have an account designation such as CA or CGA.
+ **You can demonstrate a minimum** of 3 years of practical experience as a Financial Planner with a well-developed financial background and comprehensive knowledge of wealth management products and services.
