Provide oversight on AML program for an assigned portfolio of TDS businesses and legal entities;Perform in-depth analysis of Correspondent Banking transactions. Develop and generate Management Information/ Business Information reports to analyze Correspondent Banking and Trade Finance activity. Review Requests for Information (RFIs) to be sent to Correspondent Banking clients, based on findings from payment reviews and/or ad hoc investigations and assess RFI responses;Prepare the AML/KYC and sanctions questionnaires or inquiries from Correspondent Banking clients;Review Trade Finance irregular transaction escalations to ensure they are actioned appropriately;Participate as an AML SME in projects and initiatives led by the business and/or Global FCRM;Assist in development and delivery of specialized AML and Sanctions training for Correspondent Banking and Trade Finance businesses;Assist with enterprise-wide annual risk assessment activities for FCRM TDS Business Oversight team.Assist the Senior Manager for any inquiries and interviews from internal audit examinations or/and regulatory examinationsUndertake periodic update of internal team procedures.Perform periodic monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of AML/ATF controls.Oversee quarterly review of transaction reports to identify and follow-up on travel rule exceptions;EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Undergraduate degree/college diploma or equivalent5+ years of relevant experienceKnowledge of wholesale banking products/ services is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and some knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau.Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functionsStrong communication skills with the ability to pay high attention to detailWho We Are:
