What this job involves

The Senior Financial Controller shall perform the following tasks:

The role will provide support to our Spanish, Portugal and Italian Valuation teams (Southern Cluster)Support functions shall include research of numerous websites in compliance with our data license agreementsSpecific areas of research will include but not be limited to recorder data (deeds, etc.), assessor data, property tax data, flood map data, real estate market and comparable data, and parcel zoning data.Will work closely through phone and email correspondence with all Southern Cluster team members on project/research statusIdentify and escalate priority issuesFollow-up team member calls where necessarySupport ad-hoc projects including periodic reviews of data and trendsWill be responsible in making sure that the Productivity Tracker is always up to date for reporting purposes

Excellent communication skill is required for the role in both English and Spanish (additionally Portugal and Italian language will be highly valued)Fresh graduates are welcomePrevious working experience in the real estate or BPO industry will be much appreciatedShould be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and WordGood interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and JLL stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables on a daily basisA good eye for detail
