Job DescriptionAt our Juarez plant, you will support controlling activities for this product, including cost center controlling, product costing, and benchmarking. You will also be an essential member of the project team responsible for relocating production from Bosch Toluca to Juarez.
Your Main Responsibilities:
Serve as a key financial business partner for Wiper Systems Assembly, providing analysis and insights to support operational and strategic decisions.
Perform cost center controlling and prepare detailed product cost calculations to ensure competitive costs and profitability.
Conduct benchmarking and analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Support interim controlling activities at the Toluca plant during the production transfer phase.
Collaborate closely with the product team to facilitate a smooth transfer of production by mid-2026 and help establish stable controlling processes in Juarez.
Provide accurate and timely reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis within tight deadlines.
Take ownership of your responsibilities with a proactive and solution-focused mindset in a challenging environment.
QualificationsProven experience in financial controlling, preferably in automotive manufacturing or related industries (7+ years).
Strong skills in cost center controlling, product costing, and benchmarking.
Strong experience with SAP R/3 is required; knowledge of S/4 HANA is a plus.
Fluent and strong English communication skills (mandatory) for collaboration with international teams.
