Job Description:
The Senior Financial Analyst (IV) will work with business leaders in our ECS division to model and analyze customer contracts and communicate the impact on the P&L. The role requires that you interact regularly with multiple business partners. Excellent communication skills, the ability to add value, and strong interpersonal and influencing skills are a must.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Compensation: Ensure attainment and quota accuracy for sales and supplier manager teams. Will require in-depth knowledge of tools/systems used for sales compensation.
Process Improvement: Ongoing evaluation of existing processes with goal of suggesting and implementing improvements and new processes.
Financial Modeling: Work with business leaders to model and analyze new business inputs such as rebate programs, new product launches, and other initiatives.
Presentations: Prepare and support business leaders for internal and external executive level presentations.
Planning and Forecasting: Primary finance owner of a business unit P&L, including all monthly close and forecasting.
Reporting: Work with complex data to provide monthly reporting and analysis on results. Strong excel and communication skills are required.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities/Projects: Complete additional role-appropriate tasks and team projects
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, plus 5-7 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education + experience.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Detail oriented. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with financial modeling. Advanced MS Excel skills. Hands on exposure with PowerPoint. Familiarity with an (Oracle) ERP. Anaplan experience a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several projects at one time.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$84,500.00 - $119,999.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
