What You Will Do
Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Analyze financial performance and identify trends to provide actionable insights that support business objectives.
Create and maintain complex financial models to evaluate scenarios, investments, and strategic initiatives.
Prepare and deliver clear, visually branded financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Improve forecasting methodologies to enhance accuracy and reliability of financial projections.
Conduct detailed cost analyses to identify savings opportunities and optimize expenses.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and corporate policies, supporting audits as needed.
Partner with business teams to influence decisions and achieve financial and functional goals.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related financial role.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA.
Experience with ERP systems and financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Power BI.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
Knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting practices.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – on-site in Portage, MI three days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).
