Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A is primarily responsible for providing operational data and insights for assigned functions as well as company’s Value Creation Strategy and any new strategic initiatives; this includes but is not limited to marketing funnel analysis, pricing opportunity assessments, detailed option analyses, house cost analyses, and overhead comparisons and benchmarking.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Gather and report on qualitative and quantitative financial information included in press releases, annual reports, Board reports, SEC filings, and other requested information.Interact with other corporate functions, field finance, shared services, corporate audit, and external auditors.Prepare quarterly and annual filings with the SEC.Coordinate with and support field organization and various corporate departments with financial reporting and analysis.Assist with technical compliance; monitor, research, and interpret current and emerging regulations, industry accounting, reporting requirements, and trends.Benchmark company disclosures against competitors.Maintain policies and procedures documentation.Perform earnings per share calculations.Support administration of the Company’s equity compensation plans and coordinate with service providers.Complete special projects as assigned.Assist with the implementation of emerging technologies in the accounting and financial reporting functions.Perform other duties as assigned.
