Skills and Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree (analytical field preferred); CFA or MBA is a plus. Experience: 3–5 years post-college in retail or FP&A roles. Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and modeling; familiarity with PowerBI, MicroStrategy, Hyperion, Peoplesoft, Flash Sales; proficiency in PowerPoint.
