SUMMARYProvides financialclinical analyses for the organization employing levels of knowledge in finance and clinical services Provides Finance support for Business OperationsResponsibilitiesGather and organize financial data from Finance departmentsCompile and analyze financial reports and find discrepancies that require senior managements attentionPrepare financial reports with reliable conclusions that management can use to implement more effective operational strategiesForecast models for non patient revenue changes and expenditure increasesdecreasesInitiate ongoing interaction with Business Leaders to achieve the maximum accuracy of financial reporting for operationsEnlists and coordinates support of other team members to complete all necessary analyses for the various adjustments and allocationsAnalyzes and communicates findings on trends and reviews flux analyses for reasonableness partners with Finance leadership for further review before distributionMeets and interacts with Administrative and Operational personnel to provide explanation in detail in support of all financial reports produced for monthly submissionIs the point person for requests from Operational Departments for additional reports or inquiries on existing financial reports including Profit Loss Statements by departmentDesigns builds implements and maintains creative and effective approaches to data collection management analysis formatting and reporting utilizing various software packages ie Word Excel Essbase reports etcWorks efficiently and independently with ability to establish priorities and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyVerifies the validity and accuracy of reported data utilizing problem solving and troubleshooting techniques Compare information to other sources to insure validity and accuracy ie Oracle Data Warehouse LaborlyticsWorks collaboratively with Senior Administrators and Department Heads to review financial performance Must demonstrate flexibility in schedule to meet with various individuals andor Administrators when they are availableCross trains and supports other accountants within the accounting teamWork
