What You Will Do:
Logistics cost Forecast and AnalysisResponsible for monthly closing, rolling forecast, and budgetingPerform in‑depth cost analysis to logistics cost such as freight, warehouse etc., conduct cost bridge to clearly explain cost movements and key driversPartner closely with logistics stakeholders to provide insights to improve cost visibility and financial controlDeeply involved in logistics cost optimization projects and track financial impact, build models and evaluate project impact, scenarios analysis, and return on investmentInventory Management and AnalysisOwn monthly Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory calculation and analysis, identify root causes and action plansWork with Planning team to perform (DOH) forecasting and analysisProvide actionable insights and recommendations to support inventory reduction and healthy inventory managementSupply Chain FP&A Reporting and ConsolidationSupport supply chain FP&A leader to perform clear and efficient financial and operational data reporting and consolidationAct as a key finance contact for Global and GC Region teams for rolling forecast and annual budget processesLeverage automation and digital tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Query) to improve reporting efficiency, data visibility, and analytical effectivenessMinimum Qualifications:
University degree in finance, accounting, business management, math, or business intelligence.5+ years in financial planning & analysis and business support drive decision support and business initiative implementation. Costing and/or supply chain cost analysis experience is a plus but not a must.Integrity and ownership are required. Candidate needs to have proven record of high responsibility and embracing shared value.Strong curiosity in supply chain operations, with a desire to understand business drivers beyond the numbersStrong communication and inter-personal skills. Able to deal with different stakeholders with simplified & straight-forward financial model.Capable of managing large database with AI and Digital mindset. Skills with Power BI, Power Query and Python are preferred.Post Code: 001,002
