As Senior Financial Analyst within our Controlling Operations Team, your role will have two core components:_ **_Operations_** _and_ **_Transformation_** _. You will provide excellent controlling support for day-to-day operations while also identifying opportunities to improve processes, support centralization initiatives, and contribute to our evolving controlling model._ **Main responsibilities:** + Support the month-end and quarter-end closing activities: prepare accruals and journal entries to be posted in SAP and manage and maintain and ensure the accuracy of master data in financial systems (SAP and TM1). + Manage Personnel Costs controlling, including Bonuses/Incentives Accrual and True-Up Process. + Prepare analysis to substantiate appropriate balance sheet accruals, prepaids or reserves, and prepare monthly account reconciliations with clear explanations of balance fluctuations. + Support the financial reporting process, providing results directly to Controllers for monthly commentary and variance analysis, including trends, risks, and opportunities. + Partner with Finance Business Partners and Controllers to analyze spend activities, commitments tracking, and support monthly commentary for variance analysis between actuals and forecast. + Ensure compliance with all SOX and internal control processes, complete monthly control checklist activities. + Build and maintain effective relationships with multiple stakeholders + Be a reliable team member, fostering efforts to transform the way controlling operations delivers services and adds value to Sanofi. **Transformation Management:** + Identify and prioritize processes for centralization, automation and simplification + Lead or support the transition of processes to relevant teams and propose designs for more efficient operations and process simplification opportunities. + Support global transformation initiatives related to finance operations aligning to the Global core model (TM1, ERP, rolling forecast, Business Operation Optimization Model ). + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives **_About you_** + **Experience** : + 5+ years in finance controlling, ideally within a Hub or shared services environment. + Proven track record in financial operations and process improvement. + **Soft skills:** + Growth mindset with agility in adapting to changing business needs + Strong partnership-building skills across multiple organizational levels + Ability to influence and shape business decisions + Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking + Collaborative team player with a transformation-oriented approach + **Technical skills** : Advanced Excel skills, SAP knowledge and proven experience working across multiple internal stakeholders.TM1 knowledge is highly desirable. + **Education** : Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required. + **Languages** : C1 English **_Why choose us?_** + Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally. + You’ll be part of leading the first experiences a job seeker has with Sanofi and ensuring it is best-in-class and driving conversions. + You’ll be part of a truly diverse cross-cultural team and can have real business impact. + Flexible working policies, including up to 50% remote work. + Private medical care, life and health insurance, and gender-neutral paid parental leave + Colombia is one of Sanofi’s key locations for new talents, having a big footprint with the Bogota HUB and its best-in-class operation. + Mexico and Argentina Play an instrumental part in creating best practice and innovation within our 3 vaccines production plants. **Pursue** _Progress_ . **Discover** _Extraordinary_ .
