Description
The Senior Financial Analyst position will support the unique mix of month-end reporting FP&A function for the company. They will support the technical accounting involving revenue recognition, inventory management and contribute with key insights for variance analysis and other financial insights.
Must-Have Skills/Experience:
Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance and CPA designation is required.3- 5 years of experience in technical accounting.Experience with Sage 300 / an ERP with Inventory Management Module.Experience with Revenue recognition for the timely month end close.Experience maintaining intercompany balances for consolidation and GL reconciliations.Experience performing inventory management, developing inventory analysis for each jobs identifying work capital observations for controller (Budget vs actual spend).Nice to Have Skills/Experience:
Previous experience working with multiple legal entities is a preference.Aerospace industry experience, Manufacturing industry experience.Exposure to ASPE reporting standards.Soft Skills:
Strong relationship building and communication skills, experience, and desire to work cross-functionally and be a contributing team member.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle competing priorities.Having an ownership attitude, bringing reliability to the team.Experience Level
