Senior Financial Analyst

Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, scheduling, and performance measurement while ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS revenue recognition standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and analyze EACs, forecasts, and financial reports.Identify risks and support mitigation strategies.Support proposal development and activities across multiple contract types.Oversee manufacturing, cost-reduction initiatives, budgeting, variance analysis, and contractual reporting.Support audits, litigation activities, and the effective use of systems and other financial systems.

Essential Skills

10+ years of finance experience within analysis, forecasting, budgeting and modeling in relevant fields.Strong skills in Excel, finance, forecasting, and financial reporting.Proficiency in project management, financial statements, IFRS, accounting systems, SAP, and Oracle.Experience in financial modeling, reconciliation, FP&A, variance analysis, and financial planning and analysis.

Work Environment

This position is fully onsite, covering a medical leave. The role is based in Bethel, CT, within an 11-person team. The office is located in Danbury, but the position will be at the Bethel location.

This is a Contract position based out of Danbury, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
