Job Description

Regional Financial Analyst

You will be part of EMEA Lifecycle finance organization, a regional team that provides financial, analytics and business partnering to the Lifecycle Services (LCS) organizations. You will have exposure to Full P&L of the business unit, interaction with Regional and Global partners situated around the globe. You will work in hybrid model of work with office in Katowice and report directly to Regional Lifecycle Finace Business Partner.

Your Responsibilities:Presentation and explanation of financial performance and important variances (changes vs. forecast, plan and prior year) for EMEA LCS to Financial controllerUtilize business partners input and development of financial plans which enables clear financial performance explanation for LCS EMEA region.Be the main partner to the EMEA Training organizations, providing the analysis and valuable insights to support decision-makingCollaborate with external auditors during the reviews/audits by providing information, addressing inquiries and following up on tasksLeverage standard tools and processes to improve current processCreate ad hoc analyses and respond to business inquiries to understand material drivers of financial performanceAlign with other regional/global teams to lead standardization processes

The Essentials - You Will Have:4+ years of relevant work experienceGood command of English (Written & Spoken)High Excel skills

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Recognized accounting/finance qualification, finance-based university degree or relevant working expierienceKnowledge of SAP systems
