Senior Financial Analyst
The Sr. Financial Analyst supports Europe in ensuring the integrity of the Financial Statements in HFM, as well as being a key team member in providing support of the FP&A process for ISV Europe. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Conduct analysis of the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Headcount actuals. Analyze and challenge financial actuals data in HFM, ensuring data accuracy and timely monthly reporting. Investigate variances, identify business drivers, and evaluate their impact on planned objectives. Document variance analysis commentary for management. + Support and coordinate the rolling forecast process. + Assist senior leadership with the development of the annual plan and ad-hoc requests. + Create reporting tools and financial models to provide insight into past performance and future trends. Further develop the ISV Power BI dashboard based on business needs. + Own Orders & Sales Flash reporting. Actively participate in the month-end close routine, ensuring significant variances are understood and explained. + Responsible for monthly Product Group reporting in HFM, perform reasonability checks, HFM/Oracle reconciliations, and HFM adjustments. Produce monthly SBU reporting. + Produce reports that enable continuous measurement and optimization of all key aspects of the business. + Support Europe ISV FP&A requirements, including preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting. + Drive process improvements and reporting simplification. + Partner with cross-functional teams in planning and analyzing the business. + Support the EMR Financial Transformation by understanding the transition from HFM to FCC/EPB reporting. Perform accuracy checks of ISV numbers in FCC and EPB, build reports using the new dimensions, and support ISV site finance during go-live and post go-live troubleshooting. **Who You Are:** You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are exceptional at spotting and seizing opportunities.
