How will you make an impact in this role?
Product Ownership experience [preferred]
Ability to build strong relationships, operate effectively within large cross-functional teams, and influence business partners to drive transformational change
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Ability to effectively manage multiple deliverables at once and prioritize appropriately
Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and design industry leading solutions
Understanding of Scaled Agile (SAFe) principles and experience effectively managing a backlog of competing initiatives [preferred]
Work with process owners to understand the existing process and redesign the same, support operations team or be part of a complex process that requires in depth domain knowledge
Is responsible for and ensures compliance and regulatory requirements of the process
Independently handles customers/stakeholders for any queries/escalations
Independently handles issues in projects (Incident Management) and drive solution across multiple stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Finance related role
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in project/program management role
