About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to manage expenses for our General & Administrative (G&A) departments, including Finance, Legal, and Human Resources. You will contribute to the preparation and analysis for our budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing processes and financial reporting and special projects.
You will report to the Director of Finance and collaborate with G&A leadership and other departments. This is a hybrid remote/in-office role, requiring three days in our New York office and two days working remotely.
Responsibilities: You will review and communicate financial information, including budgets and forecasts, to G&A and Finance leadership. You will collaborate with Accounting to review close activities, including providing variance explanations for internal reporting. You will respond to ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and implement process improvements in assigned areas. You will investigate and research accounting questions to ensure financial activity is aligned with our policies and GAAP. You will support the adoption and successful rollout of AI tools for G&A departments. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. 3+ years of experience interpreting and summarizing financial data 2+ years of experience delivering presentations and collaborating with senior partners Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of experience with Workday, Gemini, or other AI toolsREQ-018596
