Also responsible for planning and projecting financial results to allow for strong organizational decision making. + Must have a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles coupled with strong excel skills and a knack in interpersonal relationship building. + Development skills: Provide functional leadership, demonstrate business acumen, and development of relationships across the org. Serve as additional resource for all areas of the department; complete ad hoc analyses and reports as requested; provide financial/operational support as requested by management. + Additional Job Description + Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance and/or relevant years of experience to the job level. + Excellent oral, written, presentation and time-management skills. + Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (with strong emphasis on Excel and database skills). + Strong analytical and decision-making skills. + Solid mathematical skills and very logical approach to problem solving required + Knowledge of financial analyses, budgeting/planning and forecasting concepts and processes. + Knowledge of restaurant and/or retail industry, operations and trends. + Project management skills and/or cross-departmental teamwork experience. + Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). **Focus on You** We're all about making sure you're taken care of too.
