SUMMARY

Position is responsible for providing timely, meaningful and relevant financial analysis, information and reporting to various internal customers. The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:A sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlinesAbility to provide insight and advice supporting effective decision making and executionStrong attention to detail – ability to reconcile/tie-out numbers from multiple sourcesFocused materials and delivery when presenting information to senior management

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Other duties may be assigned including the following:

Primarily responsible for the coordination and update of the monthly operations review report to executive leadership and private equity ownersUpdate financials for quarterly bank reporting and executive board presentationsWeekly update of plant inventory reportingWeekly upload of GL transactions from ERP system to Adaptive Insights (reporting tool)Coordination and input of various financial/non-financial/KPI data into Adaptive Insights such as CAPEX, labor hours, units, etc.Monthly reporting for CFO and Operations dept leaders (Level 0 Cost KPIs, Scrap, Warranty, P&L bridges)Preparation and distribution of department expenses to dept managersSupport distribution team (TBS) with monthly financial reporting and analysisManages primary reporting and supporting schedules for annual operating planFunctional budget ownership providing department leaders with support and analysisAnnual Operating Plan reporting and reviews to ensure assumptions from plants and functions are aligned to provided assumptionsAd Hoc reporting and analysis as requestedFollows quality system procedures

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

 BA Required, MBA Preferred5 - 7 years of experience in Financial Planning and AnalysisMust be proficient or expert in Excel

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $60.00/hr.
