Role and responsibilities

The ASML Corporate Real Estate team supports facilities infrastructure needs for all business segments and organization within the Company.  As a rapidly growing company, we face ongoing demands in support of our technology and manpower needs.

This position is for a Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Oversight of both opex and capex for the SD site CRE team, including annual plans, cost analysis, monthly close and reporting, and cost optimization.Presenting financial reporting to Head of SD CRE and Site Management.Analysis of investment options and recommendations to achieve optimal results.Driving process improvement in financial processes and business partnership with customers.

Education and experience

Minimum of Bachelor’s degree and 3 years working experience as a financial analyst in a complex, matrixed environment.Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle.Experience partnering with business operations in managing financial performance, and execution of annual plans an forecasts.Experience in high-tech environment, with exposure to CRE, manufacturing and/or R&D.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:

$87,750-146,250

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
