The IP billing team is enabling the J&J Tax model and focused on simplifying and reducing the intercompany charge in and charge out processes.Our team is maximizing synergy and value creation for our stakeholders by optimizing financial flows and enabling a centralization of the currency risk. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will support existing and future IP billing models, by providing financial leadership and driving operational excellence in our financial reporting processes and systems. The analyst should have a keen aptitude for systems and process improvements/optimization, and business partnering with key stakeholders globally and across different functions. **The key responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:** **Financial Planning & Reporting:** + Lead the process for collecting and consolidating actuals and budget related to existing IP billing models. Maintain timelines, reporting templates, and detailed calculations; + Partner with all finance stakeholders to communicate reporting requirements and report financials to ensure correct management reporting of the models in scope; + Calculate IP billing allocations and report impact to all stakeholders; implement new financial models on the interpretation of available data. + Ensure audit readiness of the existing and new central billing models **Business Analysis and Support** + Business partnering with the various finance teams supporting the IP billing models, SigniFX, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax, Global Functions and IMPO Controlling teams on various initiatives e.g., financial flow optimization, CICO project, Sector FX, cross-charging. + Actively participate in development and implementation of new financial IP billing models to optimize financial flows based on the interpretation of available data; + Continuously looking for efficiencies and new opportunities to leverage a central hub model for intercompany billings (cross sector) + Perform ad hoc analyses for management. **Project work** + Core stakeholder for global SigniFi CICO project + Provide leadership in the global detailed design and ensure IMPO requirements are covered + Connect and engage with cross sector and cross regional team and representatives, + Support the detailed process designs as well as working in partnership with FST to ensure the design functions are correctly built in the application + Finalize implementation of our Power Bi tool to further optimize calculations, management and communication of all IP billing models + Significant involvement in multiple critical technology projects as required, to meet business objectives including business integrations and corporate initiatives. + Champion continuous process improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices. + Support the local IMPO team to achieve its goals and objectives and foster a dynamic, collaborative, high performance culture. **People management** + Develops Direct report to reach their goals, proactively mentors and find ways to drive performance in ways that support the well-being of both employees and the business + Focus on creating employee ownership and promote a work environment that challenges the status quo and that keeps focusing on improving efficiency and accuracy by implementing process improvements **IT’S ALL ABOUT YOU** **What you need to succeed:** + Minimum Bachelor’s Degree qualification, with ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or other financial certification, with minimum 5 years relevant finance experience in a multinational environment + Proven financial, analytical and digital skills, result and performance driven + Strong technical accounting expertise and functional knowledge (GAAP, Supply Chain, Commercial) is a plus. + Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills required. Alteryx, PowerBI skills preferred. + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both written and oral. + Comfortable dealing with complexity, with the right attention for detail but without losing the bigger picture. + Ability to drive change and to work under tight deadlines + Motivated, flexible and pro-active, eager to take initiative + Have an enquiring and critical mindset, constantly challenging the status quo. + Team player with an ability to work independently and achieve results with good prioritization skills while maintaining accuracy under pressure. + Ability to work on own initiative and collaborate and build trust amongst colleagues and leaders globally. **Closing date for all applications:** Monday, 30th of June 2025.
