The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for a wide range of financial analytics, forecasting and reporting activities for the Lingo Division. This includes full scope of responsibilities (e.g., general accounting, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting and internal controls among others) to ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of all financial related information.


What You’ll Work On

Develop detailed global financial forecasts incorporating historic, trended and current business information.Monitor functional and departmental spending versus budget and maintain trend analysis.Ensure frequent communication with functional leaders and escalate any material deviations.Assist the business through the PTP process and help resolve outstanding payment issues.Prepare monthly accruals and journal entries and assist in month end close as needed to ensure proper accounting at the functional and departmental level.Collaborate with Corporate Finance Services (CFS) team to validate proper accounting treatment of transactions, provide supporting evidence for account reconciliations and financial audits, and respond to any ad-hoc requests.Prepare and distribute financial reports and packages by gathering and analyzing information related to current performance.Perform financial analysis, as requested by management, and assess impact from alternative business solutionsManage fixed assets tracker and oversee new capital projects from start to finish – RCE preparation and approval, ongoing spend tracking, project completion and depreciationDevelop and utilize sound financial processes and ensure financial compliance.Apply continuous improvement mindset in daily activities.Proactively develop and propose solutions to existing business challenges and align them with Finance Controller.Focus on business objectives and work under minimal supervision


Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or an equivalent combination education and work experience.Minimum 3-5 years of financial experience demonstrating a progressive level of responsibility.Knowledge of the principles, processes and standards for integrated financial analysis and reporting.


Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree or CPA preferredProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Strong experience with SAP ERP system softwareStrong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization

The base pay for this position is $86,700.00 – $173,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
