Job Overview:

Strategic Finance - SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Keurig Dr. Pepper is seeking a high-performing Senior Financial Analyst to join its Strategic Finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or FP&A, ideally within the CPG sector.

This role will play a key role in advancing the company’s capital allocation strategy, conducting deep capital and M&A structuring analyses. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Strategic Finance, you will engage regularly with senior leadership, including the CFO and will have direct ownership of complex financial analyses supporting M&A transactions, capital structure optimization, and other strategic initiatives.

This role requires a deep understanding of corporate finance, a keen interest in learning the business, and a strong analytical mindset with the ability to contribute to the process of making sound strategic financial decisions.

This role will work a hybrid schedule (Tuesday - Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday remote) in our Frisco, TX headquarters.

What you will do:

Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and investment opportunities, including M&A, and capital allocationPerform in-depth capital structure analysis to optimize leverage, liquidity, and overall financial flexibility in alignment with strategic objectives and market dynamics Conduct competitive peer landscape analysis to benchmark financial performance, capital allocation strategies, M&A trends, and capital structure positioning within the CPG industryPrepare executive-level presentations and materials for the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors to inform strategic finance decisionsBring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to your responsibilities every day

Requirements:

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related fieldM&A or capital markets transaction experience

Technical Skills:

Expertise of Microsoft Office necessary, especially Excel, Power Point, and OutlookAdvanced financial modeling, valuation, and scenario planning skillsStrong business acumen and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategic insights

Competencies and Aptitudes:

Deep knowledge of M&A structuring, financial due diligence, and capital markets knowledge highly preferredDeep knowledge of capital structure management, including dividend policy formulation, share buyback analysis, and debt capital optimizationSelf-motivated positive team player with strong ability to interact with others, work under pressure and adhere to deadlinesStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with focused attention to detailAbility to handle confidential financial information appropriatelyAbility to travel occasionally (
