Senior Financial Analyst, Pricing

The Pricing Senior Analyst works closely with Brand Marketing and Finance teams, advising them on their pricing strategy, supporting them by leading project-based processes and conducting ad hoc and ROI analysis. ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Work alongside the Director & Executive Director to collaborate with 4-5 Brand Marketing and Finance teams at the global and regional level. Assist as project lead to ensure that suggested/recommended retail prices for - Annual pricing plans are developed with rigor and discipline. - New launches are planned and coordinated. - Entry into new markets are considered for all relevant factors prior to launch. - Support periodic portfolio reviews for Brands and Regions by analyzing global, regional, and local market pricing and consumer trends (ELC brands and competition). - Conduct external competitive benchmarking and consumer trend research as needed to support pricing proposals or provide recent historic insights. - Assist as the North America region’s pricing representative for multiple brands. - Contribute to the team’s role as a Center of Excellence in - Providing assistance in development of capabilities in pricing-related insights, best practices, and opportunities. - Conducting analysis for ad hoc projects. - Develop expertise in our cloud-based pricing platform, to facilitate process workflow, decisions, and reporting. - Incorporate discounting analysis into SRP recommendations - Evaluate relevant category battleground when analyzing pricing opportunities - Assist in training **Qualifications** - Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks; possess strong project management skills. - Strong team orientation with ability to build and manage cross functional relationships and cross region relationships. - Excellent oral and written communication skills; confident when communicating with senior management. - Comfortable with uncertainty. - Experience working with and analyzing large amounts of data, with excellent computer skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, and Anaplan desired. - Familiar with marketing concepts & product positioning, preferably in prestige consumer goods industry as well as global financial concepts (VAT, FX, etc.). - BA/BS in Finance or related field and minimum of 2 years relevant work experience - Management Consulting / Industry experience preferred **Pay Range:** The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$73,150.00** **to** **$109,200.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
