This role works directly with the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Neurotechnology (NT) commercial teams by supporting the creation and evaluation of multi-divisional sales opportunities to help Stryker Win, Protect and Grow in the ASC and NT markets. You will gain cross-functional experience by working directly with Sales, Flex Financial, Customer Solutions Contracts & Pricing, and divisional finance teams within MedSurg, Neurotechnology, and Orthopaedics. + Supporting the pre-close deal modeling process, ensuring pricing and profitability across Stryker Divisions/Business Units, along with verifying efficient contract(s) setup. You will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the MedSurg, Neurotechnology, and Orthopaedics product portfolios as well as insight into strategic pricing initiatives and their impact on Stryker’s bottom line. + Financial modeling and evaluation process for multi-divisional sales opportunities, including assessment of deal structure and profitability + Lead coordination across regional functional teams regarding deal modeling, pricing, product cost/margin data, financing, and customer deal structure + Prepare and present monthly financial reports and KPIs in a timely and accurate manner + Assist with special projects and strategic partnerships, as required + Contribute to our culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, and efficient **What You Need** + Bachelor's degree required + 2+ years of experience required + Working knowledge of forecasting and financial reports + Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and validation + Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word · **Preferred:** + Product pricing experience + Salesforce experience $69,100 - $139,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
