Our client, a **leading telecommunications and technology service provider** , is seeking a **Sr. Financial Accountant** to join their team. As a Sr. Financial Accountant, you will be part of the **Accounting Department** supporting the **Finance and Leadership teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong attention to detail** , **excellent problem-solving skills** , and **the ability to work independently** —qualities that will align successfully in the organization.

**What’s the Job?**
+ Perform journal entries and support full month-end close processes.
+ Review and verify financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
+ Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and assist with audit preparation.
+ Interpret and analyze financial statements (income, balance sheet, cash flow).
+ Utilize ERP systems and Excel for day-to-day accounting tasks.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (non-negotiable).
+ 5+ years of corporate/internal accounting experience.
+ Proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Great Plains, Dynamics 365, QuickBooks).
+ Strong knowledge of financial statements and auditing processes.
+ Stable work history with demonstrated full-cycle accounting experience.
