Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA/Master’s) or certifications (e.g., CMA, PMP, Six Sigma) preferred. + At least 10 years’ experience in commercial finance management, 5 years business partnering to CXO level managers and team development experience is a must. + Financial business partnering experience for China e-commerce platforms (Tmall, JD, Douyin, cross-border), supporting sales/marketing operations. Familiarity with platform financial workflows (settlements, co-op ad reconciliations, payment risk control) + Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and performance metrics. + Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change in cross-cultural settings. + Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; fluency in English and Chinese. \#LI-ET1/LP Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
