About the Role
The CoE Finance Manager is responsible for specific functions within the Finance department of the Center of Excellence in Türkiye and related projects, reporting to the CoE Director of Finance.
Key responsibilities include:
Leadership and management of functions within the CoE Finance Team
Leading month-end and year-end processes
Driving continual improvement of CoE processes, performance, and projects
Managing relationships with hotels supported by the CoE
Supporting onboarding of new hotels into the CoE
Ensuring adherence to internal control procedures and compliance by the CoE team
Continuous focus on team development, training, and skills enhancement
Performing any additional tasks as assigned to ensure effective operations of the CoE
