As Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Joint Replacement Finance Europe & FP&A Group, delivering on reporting, projection and budget processes with value-add insights to drive business performance. You will collaborate with various stakeholders in a matrix organization, including JR EMEA leadership, divisional finance, sales & marketing, local finance, European Financial Shared Service Centre and the FP&A team.

You will be responsible for developing a team of analysts and fostering an inclusive &  high performance culture.

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Provide strategic financial guidance, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and business growth.Develop comprehensive business plans, including annual budgets, strategic plans, forecasts.Translate operational goals into financial projections, ensuring targets are met and recommending corrective actions when deviations occur.Conduct in-depth price-volume and market trend analyses to evaluate profitability and uncover key drivers of financial performance.Deliver detailed variance analyses, comparing actual results to forecasts and budgets, identifying root causes, and proposing corrective actions.Define and monitor financial and inventory objectives, tailored to the specific needs of the business unit.Oversee the preparation and distribution of accurate, timely financial reports to support business performance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business AdministrationFluent spoken and written English. Any other European language is a plus10 + years of relevant working experience in a finance function preferably in a matrixed international3+ years in a people leadership roleStrong visualization & reporting experience : MS Power BI, Tableau, PowerPointMS PowerBI Power userExposure to various reporting systems and an understanding of how these tie into the businessTrack record of driving results by delivering strong financial insights to the businessDemonstrated ability to manage projects that will significantly impact the business up-to and including working with senior leadership on major company projectsStrong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectivelyPeople development skillset with tailored IDPsDemonstrated ability to work across levels within the organizationGood influencing skillsStrong business management and developmental skillsLeadership qualitiesEffective problem solving skills
