Senior Finance Manager – Financial projects EMEA
The mission of the Sr. Finance Manager – Financial projects EMEA is to lead or support strategic financial projects within the EMEA region. This role is instrumental in driving operational efficiency, financial transformation, and cross-functional collaboration to support the company’s growth and performance objectives. This role will also include to lead and coordinate financial integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. **What you will do ?** **Key** **Responsibilities** + **Lead end-to-end finance** **integration** for acquisitions, from planning and execution to post-close optimization. + **Develop** **and** **manage** **integration** **roadmaps** , milestones, and KPIs to ensurealignmentwithcorporatefinancial goals. + **Collaborate** **with** **cross-** **functional** **teams** (CorporateDevelopment, FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, IT) to achieveseamlessintegration. + **Manage** **complex** **finance-** **related** **projects** , including process optimization, system upgrades, and cost management initiatives. + **Conduct** **financial** **analyses** to assessprojectviability and monitor performance. + **Drive process** **improvement** **and** **harmonization** acrossfinancialreporting, ERP systems, and internalcontrols. + **Promote best practices and automation** **tools** in collaboration with global finance teams to enhanceoperationalefficiency. + **Engage stakeholders** **effectively** by communicatingprogress, facilitating workshops, and supporting change management initiatives. **What you need ?** + Bachelor’s degree in **Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business** , or a related field + **5+ years of experience in finance in roles involving integration, transformation, or financial project leadership** + Proven track record in **project or program management** within a matrixed international organization + Strong knowledge of **financial systems (SAP, Oracle) and reporting standards** + Experience in **finance process improvement, optimization, or transformation initiatives** + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to **influence senior stakeholders** + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Fluency in **English** (written and spoken) **Preferred Qualifications** **MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business** + Experience in **M&A integration** , due diligence, or corporate development + Prior experience in a **highly regulated sector** (medical devices, pharma, healthcare or similar). + Experience working across **international or EMEA multi-country environments** **Why** **Join** **Us?** Join a global organization committed to **financial** **excellence, innovation, and** **continuous** **improvement** .
