**About the Role**
Senior Finance Manager, FP&A will report to the VP, International Finance with a dotted line to the Senior Director, Strategic Finance based in the US. This is a high-impact role with significant exposure and high visibility across CBRE’s global leadership, with strategic alignment to initiatives led by Chair & CEO and COO & CEO, Advisory Services and key global executives.
You will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategy, providing insightful analytics, and driving data-driven decision-making across our global Advisory business.
We are seeking a highly intelligent and results-oriented Senior FP&A Manager to join our global team; this role will be based in London with key stakeholders across the globe.

**What You’ll Do:**
+ Lead strategic financial analysis which span multiple international divisions, lead London Analyst Hub, and collaborate with the Senior Director of Strategic Finance on global analytics and coverage across time zones.
+ Oversee and guide cross-divisional analysis on the impact of bonus accrual booking versus payouts across bonus pool countries, ensuring actionable insights are elevated to executive leadership.
+ Direct the development of financial models setting priorities and standards for analytical depth and executive presentation.
+ Lead the review of complex data analyses, ensuring assumptions are robust and results are synthesized for comparability and executive decision-making.
+ Take ownership of high-level analysis of key metrics from the top 15 countries, distilling strategic findings and framing recommendations for the executive team regarding profit margins, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
+ Supervise and approve the preparation of country diagnostic white papers, providing final review and present critical conclusions to senior leadership.
+ Serve as the principal representative in executive-level discussions, communicating financial insights, recommendations, and implications with clarity and authority.
+ Create and deliver executive-level summaries, ensuring that complex financial analyses are translated into strategic narratives tailored for senior stakeholders.
+ Advance Reporting Initiatives: Spearhead enhancements and process improvements in collaboration with the Reporting Center of Excellence for global reporting accuracy and efficiency.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Big 4 / ACA qualified.
+ Master's degree preferred, with a strong emphasis on analytics, economics, or macroeconomics.
+ Extensive experience in a global multinational business.
+ Extensive experience working with global leadership.
+ Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
+ Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, SQL).
+ Strong Analytical Skills: Possesses robust analytical capabilities, ideally supported by a background in economics or macroeconomics.
+ Programming Skills (Python / SQL)
