Responsibilities: * Will be hands-on with the building of budgets, forecasts, creating financial models, KPI's, OPEX management, market and trend analysis, etc. * Partner with VP's in the field to develop go-to-market strategies using Salesforce; monitor key growth metrics including leads, referrals, conversions, census, and discharges * Apply financial expertise to manage gross margin; Analyze reimbursement and provider pay rates; ensure compliance with pay regulations; Track labor costs and service utilization * Support Colorado Market with FTE planning, productivity tracking, offshore team expansion, and vendor management * Ensure compliance with health plan contracts, minimum wage laws, and internal financial policies * Collaborate with data team to build metrics and reports for deeper business insights; Identify growth levers, efficiency gains, and cost-saving opportunities; Create proformas for cross-functional initiatives * Partner with CFO and CEO to oversee vendor relationships, communications, training materials, and department integration
