We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join our Process and Innovation team as the **Senior Finance Business Program Manager** developing our new Agent team. You will drive adoption and orchestration of AI (artificial intelligence)-powered agents within Finance and adjacent functions. This role will evangelize, implement, and optimize agent-based workflows to enhance productivity, knowledge management, and strategic automation:
+ Establish a resource pool of specialized agents (Productivity, Knowledge, etc.) aligned to Treasury’s business strategy.
+ Enable scalable automation and knowledge orchestration across business processes.
+ Foster a culture of innovation through hands-on practice and collaboration with product groups.

Mission is to operationalize AI agents, embed agent capabilities into daily workflows, and evangelize agent usage, which include the following day-to-day and long-term impact:

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 8+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience.
+ 1+ year(s) experience in multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles.
+ 1+ year(s) work experience in matrix-based organization.
+ 1+ year(s) work experience in the technology or software industry.
+ Power Automate and Programming backgrounds or experience.
+ Order-to-Cash processes and financial operations knowledge; Experience in finance with a relentless drive for delivering impact.
+ Project management, process flow design, data organization and topic structuring skills.
+ Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and analytical thinking.
+ Demonstrated ability to simplify while working through complex business situations in a rapidly changing environment.
+ Cross-group collaboration skills, including the ability to comfortably communicate with and influence management leaders.
+ Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to act as an evangelist and catalyst to customer experiences.

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
