What You’ll Be Doing

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be at the heart of our data-driven transformation, with opportunities to:

 

Master cutting-edge AI and big data tools to unlock valuable business insights. Influence and assist strategic financial planning and analysis activities that directly impact Danfoss' success. Contribute to impactful projects that advance Danfoss' sustainability agenda. Support the development of financial models and dashboards using AI and big data tools. Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for the Group Executive Team and the Danfoss Board. What We're Looking For

We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual who is eager to learn, grow, and make a real difference at Danfoss. You are excited about the intersection of finance, data, and technology, and you are ready to take on new challenges.

Ideally, you also have:

A master’s degree in finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. A basic understanding of financial principles and concepts. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent and comprehensive English skills. Some experience with data analysis tools and techniques. A basic understanding of ERP, BI and group consolidation systems (preferably HFM). What You'll Get from Us
