The Senior Finance Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to business units, supporting complex capital investments and key strategic initiatives. This role serves as a critical link between finance and operations, delivering financial insights that inform investment decisions and drive overall financial performance. The position partners closely with Corporate FP&A, Business Unit FP&A, and Accounting to ensure accurate cost tracking and alignment within enterprise financial rollups.
ResponsibilitiesProvide end‑to‑end financial partnership and leadership across planning and analysis activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and accruals.Monitor program financial performance and deliver variance analysis to guide decision‑making.Prepare clear, actionable reports for stakeholders.Develop business cases and cost‑benefit analyses to evaluate investment viability.Use financial insights to influence strategic decisions.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Deliver ad hoc strategic and financial evaluations in support of program teams.Essential SkillsStrong finance background with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Effective and professional communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.8+ years of work experience beyond the degree.Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.Critical thinking with advanced problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.Work EnvironmentCandidates must be willing to work onsite 4 days per week in the Minnetonka office, Monday through Thursday.
