Senior Finance Business Partner
**A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)** As a Senior Business Analyst for our Additive Manufacturing (AM) activities in North America, you will be part of an international team! You will coordinate all financial activities related to our manufacturing operations, R&D organization, and third-party sales. You will provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts, financial reports, and operational trends to support the AM organization in achieving its targets and to derive recommendations for sound decision-making. You will help craft a rapidly growing part of the business while operating with a high degree of independence and personal accountability! **How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)** + Handleall finance related activities of the AM operations and R&D group inthe US & Canada. + Prepareand analyze budgets, forecasts and financial reports to provide insightsfor decision-making. + Monitorand proactively handle our financial critical metrics while ensuringcompliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and companypolicies. + Collaboratewith department head(s) to identify and implement cost-saving measures andnew business opportunities. + Costingand pricing for customer projects in conjunction with the sales andengineering teams + Strivefor standardization, harmonization, and digitalization of the financeprocesses together with the global FIN team **What You Bring (requirements)** + M.Scor equivalent experience in Business or Finance + Aminimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in finance within amanufacturing or industrial environment + Provenunderstanding of financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes + Proficiencyin financial software and ERP systems, with sophisticated Excel skills andideally, expertise in digitalization of financial processes + Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborateoptimally across departments and continents + Capableof working independently of headquarters and in managing conflictingpriorities + Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States withoutneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
