Kforce's client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the IT organization. Duties: * Lead month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis * Manage project costs, SaaS, and technology assets, and categorize expenses accurately (CapEx vs OpEx) * Support engineering and business pillars with cost management and funding alignment * Oversee headcount planning and resource management for both FTE and contractors * Review and approve SOWs, budgets, and spend allocations * Track actuals and produce financial models in Excel with reporting in Oracle (Power BI a plus) * Represent finance in governance meetings and serve as point of contact with leadership team * Collaborate closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and technology partners * Present financial results and insights clearly to leadership
