What this job involves:As a Senior Finance Analyst within our Workplace Management EMEA team, you'll deliver financial excellence for a large, complex client account. Working closely with the Client Finance Manager, you'll drive financial control processes, shape commercial insights, and ensure robust reporting that guides strategic decision-making. This position combines analytical rigor with client partnership—you'll actively engage with stakeholders to support budget development, track savings initiatives, and provide performance insights that matter. Deliver comprehensive financial reporting to JLL account teams and clients, including performance analysis and budget variance reporting
Lead commercial management and analysis through planning, forecasting, savings tracking, and baseline control activities
Engage directly with client stakeholders in financial discussions, supporting their budget and forecast development
Coordinate consolidated reporting, ensuring timely delivery of monthly financial reports and account performance updates
Analyze process and performance trends to quickly identify issues and propose corrective solutions
Monitor compliance with relevant policies and procedures, recommending updates that reflect evolving needs
Review commercial and contractual aspects including savings initiatives, reconciliations, and business case analysis
Deputize for the Client Finance Manager when needed, ensuring continuity of service
2-3 years' experience in a similar finance analyst role, preferably supporting international teams and clients
Proven ability to deliver high-quality financial reporting and analysis to tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, issues, and practical solutions quickly
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with VBA and macros
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience within facilities management or workplace management environments
Background in managing financial processes for complex, multi-stakeholder accounts
Familiarity with savings tracking methodologies and commercial contract management
Experience building collaborative working relationships across matrix teams
