Month end closing + Ensure timely and accurate record of financial information and provide analysis of variance to LBE and Plan, supporting both SG and MY CoreDx division for both balance sheet and P&L. + Reporting inventory split report to Area Finance + Performs CPRR reconciliation on a quarterly basis + Weekly sales reporting to the commercial team + Regular review of Balance Sheet to ensure timeliness and accuracy of record + Coordinate with CFS/ shared services on accounting entries required + Prepare journals for month end closing + Support in driving GMI projects such as FOC reduction and CPRR efficiency Annual Costing Process + Supporting loading of transfer prices in system Other Duties + Improvement projects + Loading of customer prices (per contract) + Mapping of customer data (MDM) + Act as the first line of approval for Finance + Ad hoc analysis **Requirements:** + Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance + 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis / business partnering with strong financial understanding and modeling skills + Experience in Audit or Big Four would be advantageous + Able to translate strategic goals and initiatives into effective financial interpretation to support and delivery of goals and initiatives. + Integration and change management skills and hands on experience preferred + Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, experience in interfacing between functional departments + Good understanding and experience of business processes in a global organization + Analytical thinking and ability to simplify complex processes to improve efficiency + Continuous improvement mindset to look for efficiencies.
