This role involves conducting comprehensive monthly financial analysis, comparing revenue and cost performance against budget and forecasts, and delivering insightful variance explanations. You will be a key contributor to the annual budget preparation and quarterly re-forecasting processes. The position also includes opportunities for ad-hoc projects and the support of process improvement initiatives and technology enhancements. **What you’ll do:** + Drive the budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment. + Perform monthly analysis of P&L components against budget and forecast. + Support variance explanations to plan/forecast and implement actions to improve or maintain these variances. + Review revenue and deferred revenue journals to ensure accurate reflection of business transactions. + Provide support for ad hoc analysis requests. + Collaborate closely with Accounting Controllership to address accounting errors and omissions. + Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. + Share knowledge and best practices across the team and the company. **What you’ll bring:** + University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics and/or professional qualification is advantageous. + 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. + Advanced proficiency in Excel. + Experience with TM1, PeopleSoft, or other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Exact). + Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English required). + Strong understanding of financial terminology. + Analytical and results-driven, with a proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and solve problems effectively. + A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work both independently and as part of a team. **Why Join Us?** This is an opportunity to advance your career in a reputable organization that values professionalism and teamwork.
