CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Financial Analyst, Senior. This position is in support of the EMITS 2 Task Order Business Office (TOBO), located in Reston, VA.

Leads and manages EMITS 2 financial operations in accordance with DoD and Army financial processes, required analysis, and reporting requirements, including support for transition-inReports all contractor and subcontractor labor hours required for performance of services provided under this contractAttends and participates in weekly technical status meetings to provide financial status of the program and projectsProvides financial support and analysis for planning, forecasting, and decision-making and overall delivery of financial commitmentsResponsible for all program financials, including management and review of cost, funding, labor charging, all forecasting and internal reporting, and invoice preparation, review, and submissionDevelops and manages travel and purchasing processes and procedures to ensure requests follow the AAS-approved Travel Authorization Request (TAR) and Request to Initiate Purchase (RIP) processes, including quality control checksSupports the development of annual operating plans and forecasts and supports monthly, quarterly, and annual updatesDevelops financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with Government and customer requirementsMonitors progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are metAnalyzes costs by MP and CLIN, makes recommendations regarding cost savings, and develops accurate and timely monthly performance reports for MPLs and MP projectsContributes to development and/or maintenance of deliverables, such as financial status and analysis for the Monthly Status Report (DEL 04), Trip Reports (DEL 06), and Living Quarters Allowance (LQA) Reconciliation (DEL 15)Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge on multiple complex work assignmentsMentors other finance personnelEstablishes goals and plans that meet project objectivesPossesses comprehensive domain and technical knowledgeMay supervise othersQualifications:
Required:
BA/BS +8-12 years of experiencePossess a TS/SCI clearance with the ability to retain.Demonstrates mastery of financial operations and analysis preferably within DoD and Army environments, with particular emphasis on complex program financials and reporting requirements.Possesses comprehensive knowledge of cost analysis, forecasting, and financial control systems, ensuring compliance with government and customer requirements across multiple projects.Exhibits strategic expertise in financial planning, decision-making support, and performance monitoring for large-scale government contracts.Showcases advanced proficiency in developing and managing travel and purchasing processes, as well as creating sophisticated financial reports.Excels at mentoring finance personnel and establishing project goals and objectives across diverse assignments.Applies technical expertise to high-impact financial tasks, contributing to critical program deliverables and optimizing cost-saving strategies.Desired:

The proposed salary range for this position is:
