Senior Finance Analyst – FP&A Europe, Planning & Analysis

What You Will Do:

Support of annual Plan process across European businesses, alignment with CP&A, deep dive analysis of building blocksCommunication across business partners, incl. Ecolab divisions, market representatives, Supply Chain and US headquarter on various business mattersTimely preparation of business drivers’ presentation materials to support Sr. Leadership in monthly financial reviewsDevelop and improve our analytical tools to support better business decisions. Be an analytical engine providing valuable insights for Europe business and finance stakeholdersSupport the SIP process management, including quarterly accrual adjustment and payout calculationProactively seek and implement process improvement initiatives in areas of planning, analysis and other business processesDeliver various ad hoc analyses and support various Senior stakeholders

What You Will Need:

4+ years relevant work experience in financial analysis, controlling, forecasting, planning or financial management reporting in a multinational company is a plus but we are open also for candidates with less experience but highly motivated with massive willingness to developDegree in Finance/Accounting. If undergraduate studies are not in finance, an accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA) in progress or completed preferredExcellent excel modelling skillsRelevant experience with HFM (Hyperion Planning / EPM or other similar tools) is a plusEnglish fluency mandatory and strong communication skillsExcellent analytical skills and ability to identify key business issuesA self-motivated and high energy individual that thrives in an environment
