We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to support our Stage Plays (DTG) Team!
Reporting into our DTG Finance Manager, the Stage Plays team are responsible for our owned and second-class productions throughout EMEA. This encompasses The Lion King London in its 26th year - along with our latest addition, the production of Hercules London. The Greatest Showman is coming to Bristol in early 2026 as well as Disney Tickets, Disney on Ice and Feld Entertainments licensed content.
The role is responsible for assisting in delivering an effective, timely and accurate Forecast and Year End process across EMEA, as well as weekly and monthly theatre finance activities.
It requires effective collaboration with financial and non-financial business partners, working with key budget holders as needed and proactive identification of opportunities for business improvement.
Please note: This is a full-time position and is an office-based role, with 3 days working in the Holborn, London office (Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday) and 1 day working in our Hammersmith, London office (Monday) and 1 day working from home.

What You Will Do
Delivery :
Co-ordinate the end-to-end processes within the financial planning cycle (e.g. forecasting, reporting, close etc.) to ensure the effective financial management of the business area with support from the Finance Manager
Prepare the weekly Theatre Settlements for the Lion King and Hercules London with the support of the intern, whilst creating process improvements
Supporting running London show’s Production Budgets and corresponding cost tracking.
Support the Finance Manager with weekly production payroll processing and reporting where necessary
Reviewing and tracking Purchase Orders and corporate travel costs
Analysis of financial terms and other costs lines such as Fixed Fees and Royalties
Review existing processes and actively challenge the status quo, providing proposals for process/systems improvement that will positively impact business effectiveness assisting the Manager of Stage Plays Finance in identifying the best approaches to ensure the processes are best in class.
Support on any projects beyond the immediate scope of the role to deliver improved business processes or systems
Update models, actual and routine tasks as required to assist the wider team
Business partnering:
Support the preparation of financial presentations for key business stakeholders to inform thinking about future business management
Build relationships with key business stakeholders to provide financial support to multiple budget owners
Required Qualifications & Skills
Degree Qualified and ACA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent qualification
An understanding of financial planning and analysis, and experience of working within a Stage Plays or Live Events arena
Experience working with financial IT systems, with strong proficiency in Excel
Experience of working with and providing financial support to operational and commercial teams in a timely & responsive manner
Experience of supporting commercial management to a high standard and working with the Regional Finance and Commercial head office
