**Job Overview** Seeking a candidate to fill a critical role within the Finance team supporting the Clinical Operations business. **Key Responsibilities** • Reporting to the Finance Director and working with the Global Site Activation and Site Training Solutions businesses. • Offer Finance and Business leaders insightful analysis on monthly financial results and timesheet data, for example, o Actual revenue performance vs backlog. o P&L variance reporting/analysis. o Utilization analysis. • Participate in our monthly forecasting and annual planning cycles. • Prepare Monthly Business Review reports and update standardized scorecards. • Ad hoc financial modelling/reporting as required. **Essential Skills:** • Strong numeracy skills and relevant experience in a financial role. • Ability to work well with all levels of staff within finance and operations. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Desirable Skills:** • Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Finance. • Qualified or part-qualified AAT/ACCA/CIMA. • Previous working experience in financial planning and analysis • Work experience within the CRO, pharmaceutical and/or healthcare information industries preferred. • Experience with Hyperion and PeopleSoft.
