**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Field Service Representative** to join our vehicle sustainment team in **Poland.** The selected candidate will provide maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Plan, direct, coordinate, and manage the maintenance operations for assigned Technical Direction Letter organizations. + Provide maintenance support including operations, system troubleshooting, engineering, design, installation, analysis, maintenance, and repair of U.S. systems and subsystems to the component level. + Effectively apply industry or military standard troubleshooting procedures to localize and isolate faulty system components. + Perform technical support for complex U.S. military ground systems. + Utilize a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, and multi-meters for maintenance tasks. + Perform other related duties as assigned. **Minimum Qualifications** : + Must be a US Citizen. + A minimum of 12 years of experience. Must have M88 experience. + 1 year of college accepted in lieu of 1.5 years of experience. + Experience applying industry and/or military standard troubleshooting procedures to isolate faulty system components. + Experience in technical support of complex U.S. military ground systems. + Proficiency with a variety of hand tools, diagnostic tools, power tools, and multi-meters. + Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening and meet the government deployment physical requirements if needed. + Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed and a current and active passport with a minimum of one year of validity from the start date. + High School Diploma or GED. **Preferred Qualifications** : + H8 Wheeled Vehicle Recovery Specialist certified **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel. + Must be able to push, pull, and reach + Must be able to work in high noise areas + Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts + Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
