The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Field Service Operations Controller to work in Everett, WA.
Contributes to or leads a team to develop customer support plan and executes strategy. Provides airline operations support and maintain company presence at customer location. Monitors fleet status and operational issues. Reviews aircraft and fleet reliability issues and develops solutions. Represents the company and customer on internal/external issues. Identifies opportunities to leverage company products and services. Develops and implements recommendations to improve operational performance. Develops action plans, coordinates resources to provide solutions and resolve AOG situations. Validates or reviews effectiveness of company provided solutions, takes corrective action and develops recommendation for process/product improvements. Develops and conducts targeted training.
Primary responsibilities:
Leads global technical support of company products at customer sites and Boeing locations.Analyzes emerging customer requirements and develops solutions to ensure product safety, integrity and supportability.Monitors customer products status and operational issues.Troubleshoots and resolves complex product maintenance and operational and/or fleet reliability issues.Supports customer action plans and coordinates resources regarding airplane-on-ground (AOG) or non-mission capable (NMC) situations.Engages company resources to prevent and resolve in-service technical problems.Leads development and execution of customer support plan, provides technical advice, and develops and conducts ad hoc training.Trains and supports peers. Acts as a liaison between customer leaders and Boeing leaders. Serves as a Boeing brand ambassador.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.Technical or engineering degree or Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license (or equivalent license from other country regulatory agency such as EASA B1/B2).Able to work variable shift including nights weekends and holidays.5+ years of Airline maintenance operations experience.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
Proven experience with airplane systems to troubleshoot in-service problems. Flight ramp experience on Airplane system troubleshooting, Prior 787 experience is preferred.Airplane production experience involving systems troubleshooting.Ability to interpret drawings, system schematics, wiring diagrams, and other technical documents.Technical research agility on multiple airplane models.Drug Free Workplace:

Summary Pay Range: $103,700 - $140,300 USD
