As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through comprehensive technical service and support for specialized equipment. It involves hands-on installation, operation, training, and repair services at client sites, as well as remote technical assistance. Acting as a key liaison between customers and different internal functions, you ensure timely resolution of technical issues, promoting product improvements and support ongoing maintenance and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This position reports to the Senior Director, Service J-KOSEA and is part of the Service team located in Singapore and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Perform equipment installation, scheduled maintenance visits and training, both on-site and remote troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. + Rectify problems arising from operation or utilization and provide resolutions and solutions for repairs to be made + Oversee repair activities in alignment with service and warranty parameters, while providing recommendations on spare parts inventory The essential requirements of the job include: + Bachelor’s degree in Life science, Chemistry, or equivalent. + At least 10 or more years of relevant Service experience in a similar industry + Self-motivated and proactive in technical and support approach Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: + Possessing a valid driver’s license is highly desirable. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: + Ability to build, maintain and nurture long-term relationships with the customers. + Good track record of successful technical experience preferably in Life Sciences industry Join our winning team today.
