**Date Posted:** 2025-11-02 **Country:** Singapore **Location:** 8 Kallang Avenue #07-01/09 Aperia Tower 1, Singapore On a typical day you will: + Provide specialized technical support for Otis elevator systems, including Gen2, SkyRise, and CompassPlus technologies. + Assist field technicians with fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and corrective actions. + Support commissioning and testing of new Otis installations and modernization projects. + Collaborate with Otis engineering and product support teams for escalated issues. + Maintain detailed records of service cases, technical reports, and root cause analyses. + Conduct technical training for service teams on Otis systems, software tools (e.g., eService, REM), and safety protocols. + Ensure compliance with Otis standards, local regulations, and international codes (e.g., EN 81, ASME A17.1). + Participate in remote diagnostics and predictive maintenance initiatives using Otis monitoring platforms. + Provide feedback to improve product performance and service processes. + Provide remote support for field technicians What you will need to be successful + Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. + Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Otis elevator systems. + Strong understanding of Otis control systems, drives, and safety mechanisms. + Familiarity with Otis diagnostic tools and software platforms. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Strong communication and customer service orientation. + Ability to interpret Otis technical documentation and wiring diagrams. + Willingness to travel and support field operations as needed, including weekends as and when required.
